The Assistant Security Manager – Operations and Controls is responsible for supporting in overseeing the security, distance surveillance in electronic monitoring, daily staff transportation, and fuel management operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols that align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Organize and manage staff transportation services, ensuring the timely and safe transit of employees to and from the workplace.
Manage and monitor the fuel consumption of all company vehicles, ensuring cost-effective use.
Report any incidents, irregularities, or challenges related to security, transportation, or fuel management in a timely manner.
Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities in, transport services, and fuel usage.
Oversee the procurement process for security equipment, transportation vehicles, and fuel to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
