Assistant Security Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Security Manager – Operations and Controls is responsible for supporting in overseeing the security, distance surveillance in electronic monitoring, daily staff transportation, and fuel management operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols that align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and manage staff transportation services, ensuring the timely and safe transit of employees to and from the workplace.
  • Manage and monitor the fuel consumption of all company vehicles, ensuring cost-effective use.
  • Report any incidents, irregularities, or challenges related to security, transportation, or fuel management in a timely manner.
  • Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities in, transport services, and fuel usage.
  • Oversee the procurement process for security equipment, transportation vehicles, and fuel to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
